LOGGING IN
The first step to using your reseller account is how to log into WHM. There are two ways to do this. The first way is to go through the client area located at:
https://www.eleven2.com/brain/
Click on “Log Into WHM” under the quick server login section right on the dashboard.
The second method is by going to your domain and adding “/whm” to the end of it such as the following
http://your-domain.com/whm
HOW TO GET FREE BILLING SOFTWARE
Eleven2 offers our resellers two billing systems. Resellers can choose between Client Exec or WHMCS.
Follow these steps to step up your hosting management software on your account:
For Client Exec:
Login to your client area by going to https://www.eleven2.com/brain/
Click on webhosting and choose your account on the left hand sidebar
In the "Reseller Offers" section "Request Client Exec License".
For WHMCS:
Login to your client area by going to https://www.eleven2.com/brain/
Click on your Reseller account on the left hand sidebar
From here click "View Details" to get to the following page:
Click to view avaliable addons at the bottom of the page
Order your whmcs addon using the coupon code "WHMCSRESELLER" and your licence will be emailed to you.
Please note you can only have one whmcs licence per customer not per reseller account.
HOW TO BECOME A DOMAIN RESELLER
To be register, renew, and transfer your clients domains you can become a domain reseller by follow these steps:
Open up a support ticket with the following information:
First Name:
Last Name:
Address line 1:
Address line 2:
city:
State:
Zip:
province:
Country:
Email Whois:
Email account:
phone
User Name:
Password:
security question (what is your favorite movie?):
GETTING A DISCOUNTED MERCHANT ACCOUNT
To process credit card payments from your clients you will need a Merchant Account. To obtain a discounted merchant account through our partner CDG Commerce please read and follow the information listed here:
Login to your client area by going to https://www.eleven2.com/billing/
Click on your Reseller account on the left hand sidebar
From here click "View Details" to get to the following page:
In the "Account Tools" section Choose "Discounted Merchant Accounts" This will take you to our partners site where you can get your discounted account set up.
