1. Log into cPanel and click on the "Backups" link under the Files section.
2. On the next page choose "Download or Generate a Full Backup"
3. You will then be presented with a list of previously generated backups or you can choose to generate a new one by filling out the requrested fields. You can enter a new email address to be notified when the backup is complete and FTP/SCP information to have your backup transfered to another server once it is completed.
